We do not accept pick up requests at a specific time! All orders will be prepared ASAP according to the posted estimated wait time, please order accordingly.

Please note, the posted wait time is an ESTIMATE. For your EXACT pick up time, please make sure to check your confirmation email.

Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email with an order number! Please bring your order number with you when picking up your order.

Larger orders will take longer than posted, estimated time.

Please double check your order before submitting it to us, it will be difficult to edit or refund once it's been submitted.

We do not issue refunds for takeout orders that have not been picked up by customers by the end of the night.
